- A full-stack CRM on Azure: client and family intake, grant-linked service logging, a CANS assessment system, donor and campaign management, and role-based access with HIPAA-compliant audit logging.
- The result
- One source of truth in place of the spreadsheet sprawl. Staff log an intake or visit once, and client counts, service hours, and grant activity roll up automatically.
